The 3 online meet-ups are spread over 28 days:
- TAKEOFF (Saturday 11th of January, 19-22h)
- UNPLUG & CONNECT (IN-PERSON: Saturday 25th of January, 13-16h) or (ONLINE: Saturday 25th of January, 19-22h)
- RE-INTEGRATE (Saturday 8th of February, 19-22h)
The TAKEOFF event signals the start of the challenge. You get to know the other wave-members who dare to take this courageous step. Afterwards, with the help of some exercises, we’ll help you decide which digital distractions you will cut back on during the challenge. From that moment on, we help each other and keep each other accountable.
During the UNPLUG & CONNECT event, we share our experiences about the first 2 unplugged weeks. After one hour exclusive for wave-members, the event becomes open and free for others to join!
Everyone present will put their screens away for 2 hours and you will get to know some of the previous wave members, the current wave members and other people interested in these challenges.
The last event is the RE-INTEGRATE event. I see it as a new beginning. The beginning of your story that unfolds primarily in real life. During this event, we look back at the 28 days and have a fresh perspective on what is important to us. With that perspective it’s easier to make the right decisions about our future relationship with digital distractions.

There is a bring a friend discount of 10 euros per person. So if you for example sign up with a friend it means it’s just 40 euro’s for each one of you!
